<html> <p>Hi steemians,</p> <p>I am so glad that I am back on Steemit and will provide much more engaging and more educative Blog.</p> <p>This time I want you to look at the comparisons of Market caps. . . </p> <p>After 2009 bitcoin has overcome so many obstacles and so many crashes, market meltdowns, panics, suspicions and so on and so forth, today it is enjoying its Marketcap of 41 Billion, as you can see that is as much money as Google co- founder has (Larry Page), and half as much as Bill gates, this means Bill right now can buy every single Bitcoin. Even the whole cryptocurrency capitalization is hardly more then 100 Bln.</p> <p>Just for fun imagine what will happen if one entity will buy 1 billion worth of bitcoin in small period of time or even more.... </p> <p><br></p> <p><img src="https://cointelegraph.com/storage/uploads/view/c400f0c7ec9ee9001bbcbf615f249184.png" width="725" height="1173"/></p> <p><br></p> <p>Recently if you look at tech stocks they are dominating the markets more then ever. for example Apple (730 Bln) and Amazons ( 402 Bln ) capitalization are much bigger then several countries GDP added together. Apple market capitalization is 18 times of the Bitcoin.</p> <blockquote> <em>"Moving to upper scales, the amount of actual money in dollar notes and coins in circulation around the world is $1.5 tln. Amounting to 36 folds the market capitalization of Bitcoin."</em> </blockquote> <p>Lets have a word about gold, In the 1960s Gold was basis of money, but then economist understood that its better to base money on Economy, instead of gold. </p> <p>Today the latest figure of how much gold is out there is : 171 300 tones. The price(value) of that much gold is 8.2 trillion, 200 times bigger then Bitcoin market cap. </p> <p>But what we see about the Physical Money, this is the physical money and other liquid Assets that Central Banks hold, if we calculate it is 750 times more then Bitcoin, so when we think 100 Bln market cap is huge for crypto currencies, Remember that in the world paper money is 750 times more then Bitcoin.</p> <p>It gets even more interesting, The first on the list 86.6 trillion market cap the Broad Money, which is the totality of assets that households and businesses can easily convert in cash or to make payments. that represents 2000 times more then Bitcoin. there is a big 'BUT' here, what if one day all the household and businesses withdraws all their cash, obviously it will crash, because there is insufficient Physical Money. </p> <p>So as Cryptos are getting stronger, some people are realizing that physical cash will be past very soon.
