One of the biggest barriers to entry in certain businesses is financing. An entrepreneur with an amazing idea in silicon valley has a better chance of succeeding in his venture than if he was in Nairobi. One of the reason is that's where the majority of the worlds venture capital is in Silicon Valley. 

This robs the world of the many great business ideas that could succeed if only financing was available. ICO solves that financing problem. It dosent automatically put these entrepreneurs in the same league however it does improve the laters chances. 

Another thing is certain businesses are almost imposible to get into because they are capital intensive care these include making rocket ships, airlines, energy generarion and many more. These opportunities allow us to dream big. I definatley believe we will be better off because of this technology.
