I'm  a bit new to steemit so I'm hardly a professional at it but I feel my imput is valuable on the topic. 

I have a desire to have more followers and make a bit of money on this platform but i have caught myself being frustrated by creating content and not reaching many steemians and not making money. 

As this happened i started thinking to myself maybe the rules should be changed maybe because some people can buy upvotes my content dosen't stand a chance. 

Until I realised those are all excuses. Successful people are no successful because everything is going well for them. They are successful inspite of all the challenges. And if someone can find a way to win I should too. 

Hopefully some people who are new on this platform can find this and be encouraged and know nothing worthwhile come free. 

Hard work and determination. I think if anyone continues to create content they'll get better intime and eventually they will profit. I hope that same philosophy works for me.
