 ##### <center>One of the premier stops along the Icefields Parkway in Jasper Park, Alberta, is definitely the Athabasca Falls. This attraction alone makes the whole journey worthwhile actually. The way in which the barriers are constructed allows you to get very close to the rushing water, almost too close for comfort you might say. At some point in the future, it probably erodes away, but I’m sure the parks are on top of it, so don’t worry.</center> ##### ##### <center>Athabasca Falls is known to be a class five fall, with a “total drop height” of 24m or 79ft. Peak water-flow happens in July. Truly amazing to observe up close and personal.
