Today is it.  The last day ever for a newbie to signup and join our 2017 class.

I was thinking... Wouldn't it be nice if I just made a short post to encourage all 2017 classmates to connect?

Here it is, short and sweet:

# How To Connect To More Of My Classmates (and welcome them) 

Step #1: Copy the beautiful logo (above) 

Step #2: Make a post letting everyone know you're a 2017 Steemian and put this beautiful logo in your post so it is easily visible (Hint: you can even copy my post and make it yours if you don't know what to say)

Step #3: Tag your post with #classof2017 #steemian #introduceyourself #happynewyear #newbies

Step #4: Encourage your fellow 2017 classmates to do the same in your post so that it goes viral

Step #5: Post it

Step #6: If you see the beautiful red logo out in the steemville, stop by and make a comment to your classmate

Step #7: Resteem periodically throughout the day to any posts you see to spread the love :)

That's it... Simple fast and easy!  And if you follow those 7 steps, you will make some cool connections (I promise) ;)

#### Bonus Step For The Ambitious... (hehehe)

Bonus Step: If you're out in the steemosphere and making comments, check out the persons profile to see if they are your classmate (you can tell by the date they joined - see pic below).

If they joined in 2017, they are your classmate and you have something in common.  If so, then copy the pic into your comment to and tell them its a gift from to a fellow classmate. (Hint: its easy to put the logo into a comment, just copy the pic and paste it in)  Here is what it will look like in the comment section (pretty cool, huh?):
