I made a post on my blog in an attempt to contact you and I am also going to put it in your comment section in hopes that one of the two ways reaches you @surpassinggoogle.

I have heard of the many things you've been doing Terry and I really applaud your efforts.  I don't know if you will ever have time to read this (given all the other comments you receive), but if you do I want to tell you that you have an ally out there that is only 22 days old on this awesome platform.

I may be new to steemit but I am not new to life and I have run several $100 million organizations (in the financial industry) and I know first-hand the potential you speak of.  I stumbled onto steemit by accident a few weeks ago and I'm blown away at the opportunities ahead.

I also founded a 501c3 organization called Unleash Power For The People Foundation.  We only were able to complete one small project (longer story of why and what issues I faced), but that project was providing a solar power installation at a school in Benquet, Philippines.  I'll never forget the unpaved road that took me up the mountain in the back of a jeepney to the place where the locals had no electricity.  It is an impression that will never fade in my mind.

I am writing this to you in hopes that you see it and we can start up a dialogue about how I can help you as a teammate to help the poor people of this world.  I have seen and acheived a lot in my life, but I have learned that in the end helping people is my greatest joy.  

I started my campaign in 2008 and the first website I first started was "areyoureadytochangetheworld.com" and then I started "Unleash Power For The People".  I tell you these 2 things  for one purpose, to give you an idea of what I have in my mind and in my heart as well.  

I think steemit could truly achieve results of what I wanted to do at the time (help people to find their way out of poverty and to have a life that is rich with opportunities)...  I see how you are thinking about steemit from this post alone, and I have also heard how you are focused on bringing it to the poorer countries in the world.  That has earned you more respect in my eyes than any reputation score you may carry.  You are a tremendous person that is perfectly placed in a platform to that may change humanity.

I would be honored to discuss how I can work with you on your mission.  I will also continue to use steemit to get the message out about your projects.  You (and steemit) have re-motivated me to think again of my old tagline... ***Are you ready to change the world?***
