Yay, it's the fourth month of the year already. And it's the second day of April; may I still wish you a happy new month. Hope you're crushing those goals already? The year seems to be running quite fast—maybe from my own perspective. However, it's moving and waiting for no one. I guess it's up to us to make something out of the days that keep passing by.

As usual, a time like this calls for evaluation, assessment of how the previous month went and the way ahead in the new month. I consider we learn a lot when we do such assessments to ascertain what was done or not done and what was done better or done less. The month of March was a kind of busy one; filled with much tasks to carry out that some seem to have encroached into this month.

For my Hive journey, I guess I've been doing my best I'll say. A lot of writing tasks I had that seemed to be overwhelming, but then the resilience to push through was helpful. There were times that didn't feel like doing it at all. I had planned to write and publish a post at least each day. Well, it was a hard effort towards that, though some days went without achieving the plan. But hey, I'm grateful to do how much I could do. Something that really triggered me was when I discovered I've written a whooping number of posts on the blockchain already, that was so surprising to me. I guess it's a motivation to do more. That was a height achieved in March.

I've been able to navigate more systems and more communities as well; opening me to more diversity of knowledge and experience of the blockchain ecosystem. I've tried some communities I didn't before and it was amazing how I've come to embrace being part of those communities. Finding way to new ones while building and strengthening influence in the ones already engaged with is something I look towards.

March was engaging, yeah. For my design experience, I volunteered as a graphics designer for a group known as *G100 Club, based in London, UK.* It's a group that comprises of hundred women around the world who stand in the fight against Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Trying to build their presence online; also in preparation for a major LinkedIn event to raise awareness and gain volunteers, they sought the help of designers like myself and other skills like social media managers. I had the opportunity to create some designs for them. It felt really good putting my skills to such use, even as a volunteering duty. Nevertheless, it was worth doing.

I was involved with some design works over the month. In preparation for the passing out of the recent 2024 A2 corp members, I helped to create a bio-data kind of thing for my CDS (Community Development Service). It featured some of their basic information which was meant to capture some fascinating details about them while celebrating them as well. It wasn't totally easy creating such for a good number of persons. Again, it was all worth sharing my skill and making it useful in this way.

Not to forget that we were able to go on an outreach in the month of March as a CDS. It was a wonderful experience spending time with the promising children and bringing them some form of hope, care and support. The day was one filled with joy and happiness. Seeing such expressions in their face was a great moment that will be relived in most of our memories. We did a lot, after which I took time to create an appreciation flier for all the support, while also capturing some of the joyful moments.

It was a hard-hitting yet promising month in March. April has come, and I guess the lessons, evaluations, assessments, encouragements, shortcomings, achievements should count for something in the new month. Hopefully, they should.
