最近的破天气真是不可测量。太阳喜欢高挂，偶尔豪雨成灾。再不然成天灰暗，衣服也晾不干，人的心情也跟着低落。我拉叔可不是那种少少挫折都经不起的人，不过这死鬼天气，凉的时候想多睡点儿就要赶着上班。热的时候有必须出去见客。下班了，终于可以回家休息，就遇上水灾堵得动弹不得。  也有可能是最近开始去锻炼，回家时间“提准”了。因为以前一直都是无薪加班到八、九点，所以现在稍微“提早了，有时准时下班，却每次都遇上世纪大堵车。不过，也只能将就了，要活命就只有自己选择生活方式。这工作，只能说我无法胜任了。如果还有谁愿意几千块钱来干我的工作，随时欢迎。我是打算一直在这里待下去，你公司不改进，我就一直把事务堆上去。我只做我朝8晚5的工作就算了。  锻炼哪方面还想没怎么进步。我是有意要提高一下自己的能力，所以那天把引体上升的次数从5次加到10次。做完了当天整个上身都紧绷，觉得充满了力量！只不过，第二天疼得手都举不起来。开车上班差点连方向盘都打不过去。也没注意到自己年纪都有了，身体真的负荷不来。结果一曝十寒，练了一天休了三天。第四天回来，连原来的5次引体上升都觉得要死了。  饮食方面，我是尽量控制在热量摄取到点即停。毕竟，运动量小，随便吃一顿饭都超过了每天身体可以烧的热量。只可惜，家有母老虎，没有她发威，小的就会对着他们老爸缠。图为母老虎去了童鞋会，拉叔带着弟妹们去汉堡王吃超值套餐。三杯柠檬茶，三粒汉堡，19.9马币。换算人民币大概三十元吧。我觉得卡路里还不过份，一粒汉堡才4-5百。不过加上柠檬茶那200，就稍微有点超标了。再说，这营养也跟不上家里煮的原食品吧。  难得大娃问我是否周末会去散步，我当然没理由拒绝。拉叔和母老虎安排好了说让她照顾小拉拉，那么我就可以带着拉妞去散步啦。你看我女儿，我看你女儿/老婆/女朋友/老妈，公平啊。  于是，大早上拉叔就兴致勃勃的大清早去了拉妞房间想说把她叫醒。结果，拉叔自己也在她床边歇了“一会儿”。到拉叔又有知觉了，已经是太阳粗来了的时候。注定我们会错过日出晨游了。不过，那也不打击我们俩的湿气，马上梳理了就赶上路去。  结果，咱们到了山腰，别说停车位，连掉头的位都没了。好不容易才掉头出去，也不能这样回家呀。后来决定到附近的湖边公园去散步，那是太阳已经高挂晒屁股了。我们也是随便绕了一周，就准备去会面母老虎吃早饭了。这一捏一放的生活还真难迁就啊！不过，总比被掐着脖子活来得轻松多。
