Coming to the end of first quarter of 2022, my new year resolution has some changes. Some of the things got speed up, due to the recent sickness, I've managed to lose some weight . Despite I quickly putting them back on after recovery, I still decided to get back to a healthier lifestyle.  Not exactly sure if the weather has changed, it appears to be raining every evening, especially weekday where I can only do my workout in the evening. I used to spend a lot of my evening catching golden hours photo, but nowadays has always been dark cloud and Gotham style. I guess I have made enough excuse over the years, especially after stopped smoking. I'm supposed to train up and help to fight the crave, but I choose to replace cigarettes crave with junk food.  So, the commitment of reduce to 70kg has to go on. One of my best excuse for not doing workout being, my favourite FiverFingers Spyridon is broken, I bought an Adidas for replacement, but got a tracking shoe instead. I've been blaming my performance deteriorated due to the bloody shoes, but now I guess I have no more excuse. Got myself a pair of Metrix, an in-house brand from Original Classic, for RM29.90! That's less than $7 if we must convert. It's nothing compare to an expensive branded shoes, but it is a running shoe!  Did my evening walk right after the rain stopped. Bunch of kids having fun at the park, look at them chasing around initially felt annoying, but somehow after several round, it does reminds me I was one of them back in the days, and actually started to enjoy having other people around.  I think, I'm just being so me for having a procrastinating worm stuck under my brain. I can wake up early during the weekend for a walk, why can't I do the same during weekdays before going to work? At least, if I do it in the morning, I have 1 less excuse if evening starts to rain.  The new daily achievement target is set to 8000 steps a day. It used to be only achievable during weekend, but lets do it for weekday as well. I'm gonna put this as a daily challenge, and then monthly, to make it a habit of a minimum step count on daily basis.
