I've been visiting Banting town for more than a decade now. It was an assignment back then when a colleague resigned, and the boss asked me to take over businesses. 

After many years, I've been assigned to service different location, changes of reporting lines, and I lost more than 90% of the business here just because of the "corporate" decision. However, most of those previous client are still my friends, we remain relatively close still.

I have been to the Morib beach several times in my life, I like the casualness of this beach because tourist doesn't come here. Food is decently cheap, and the only faces we can expect are locals. Since I god a job to do the other day, I decided wanted a spicy squid rice while visiting.

And to my surprise when I reached there, there's not even 1 car at the parking lot. I can ditch my car anywhere anyhow, and nobody give a flying fish about it. The moment I proceed to walk toward the seaside hawker stalls, I instantly realized I made a huge mistake. It's the month of Ramadan, and those stores operator are actually taking a break, since majority of the Muslims customers are fasting, why would you operate a food and beverage store during this season?

Anyway, I proceed to enjoy the breeze for awhile by the beach side, but that didn't last long because the sun is burning my skull, provided I am baldING, which rendered my head direct exposed to strong sun light in the afternoon. Luckily I have a small bowl of grass, which was my original lunch. This said, when one make up their mind to eat grass, they can never change their mind. I proceed to sit in the car, starring at the playground and finished up my bowl of grass.
