[Steem talk] Turning sour to sweetness
Any of you still remember 3 weeks ago I make a trade call to myself? ? Yes, I was talking about I'm pushing a little by hitting the XRP button. Clearly, there's no indication of which coin is going to move upward. At that point of time, none of the alt coins are working just yet. Many coins still falling in price compare to #BTC, even #steem is going against the major stake holders.

And yes, its like magic, where does the yellow line came from? Did I add it so I look like an asshole who likes to draw history line on the chart and tell people I knew it will happen? Yeap! That's exactly what I'm talking about. Even @julian2013 overo the phone saying he doesn't believe in technical indicator. It's a chicken and egg argument. For me, you don't have to argue. Both are equally true. I choose to stay positive, know the history value, draw a line and mark it as a reference. Here is what happened 12 days ago. There's a timestamp on my post, I did not add the lines later to the chart. The line were drew there 12 days ago, and today market decided to hit the line and bounce, what can I say?

Wondering what was the reason I added the yellow line and purple line there? That is because, after the intial breakout, things can change because people change their mind every after without obvious reason. Apparently, the breakout didn't go as planned from 3 weeks ago, so we were stuck there for a very long time. And it all began with one lucky guess about 3 weeks ago?

This chart were drew 27 days ago, coming to a month already. Did I say this is a supply and demand economy cycle? It's never a chicken and egg, it's just greed and fear that create the same pattern, and it keeps on repeated over and over again. In the end, trading is a business, its continuity and sustainability that driven forward. If we do not plan our trade properly:

1) I could have closed the trade last week at a huge loss, and I'm regretting now.
2) I could have removed the stop loss, add more orders, and before today's big jump, I'm already running out of margin
3) Tell me you're not on margin trading, well good for you. Which means you don't employ cut loss, and you let your losing trade continuously leech on your financial portfolio and missing new opportunity that can possibly helps you to recover your loss.

Let me end today's session with a quick quote:

> Staying in a trade because you already have “so much invested in it,” emotionally and financially, is like following your old girl-friend around even though she’s now dating an NFL linebacker. Eventually, you’re not only going to permanently lose your old girlfriend, but you’re going to get your butt kicked.

Stay safe in crypto work. Count your profit in amount of crypto earned, you'll feel alot happier hodling bunch of tokens, than start counting how much they worth now. I have sold half of my positions now, and the rest I will leave it run for the jackpot at 0.40697. Now that I'm wondering whether will I hit the jackpot.
