That Friday
Good Friday everyone. This is one of those celebration, when you dont know how to start with. Me, as a none Catholic, but trying to practice what Catholic does, can be quite confusing and tricky and here's why.

You see, if this is a new year celebration, we go "happy" new year to wish everyone. Do you go around and wishes "Happy" good Friday? As far as i understand, the stoey behind good Friday is the day Jesus suffered the most amd finally crucified a.k.a killed by the people. Anyone who has a slightest sense knowing this can't be good, let alone happy ๐Ÿ˜…

Lent is coming to an end. I've been following almost full meatless diet. I am actually feeling more lost than before the starting of lent. Do you Catholic "trade" a certain diet with God for something you wished for during these 40 days? I know i used to do it for the sake of doing it because my wife practice abstinence, that's like 20 years ago. Now, with me and God, this has nothing to do with my family anymore. I will start to think, what did Jesus really talk to our father during that 40 days?

Photo was taken by wife at the holy Thursday. Once again, I'm soon to be Catholic, I can't possibly be saying "I'm not a Catholic" for the rest of my life. I need to start to understand why am I here. How do you greet a fellow Christian on this day? Happy holy Thursday? Hmm ๐Ÿค” on the night Jesus had his last supper? Happy? What the ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

One person, my inspirational source of meatless diet is @justinparke . He never talk about religion, but yet he practice full vegan diet with the family. This got me think, I've been practicing 40 days meatless diet, should i "anticipate" of the day when i finally eat meat again after 40 days?

Frankly, I don't struggle to stay meatless, actually i am feeling kinda enjoying it more as i grew older. These felt much easier for my digestive system and my shit doesn't smell as horrible as when i ate a cow. To me, now it feels like a husband haven't seen his wife for a very long time, now finally they meet again. There's 2 outcomes. One being, they built up a lot of anticipations, when they meet, it explode ๐Ÿคฃ imagine they're going to lockdown mode and have sex non stop for the next couple of days. The other one, they grew apart. Something like, please turn around i need to change my pants. Still can have sex since they're still officially married, off the lights please. Still can be enjoyable sex, but the both of them knew this is part of that marriage contract. I think, my meat and me relationship is currently at this position.
