I have come to realize  that most rich people  prefer  to suffer  the poor before  the help them, the distance  between the rich and the poor has  been  a long time  issue throughout  human  history, many rich  individuals engage in charity while others prefer you suffer before you benefit from them,sometimes i ask my self does rich people truly understand the struggle of the poor before offering to assistance to the poor or not ,some rich people believe the suffering of the less fortunate is important for an effective and meaningful help,sometimes i feel like the rich always want to take advantage of the poor the only offer to help when they see things really gets bad ,but why , is it because the Dont  care or they feel the have to make the poor suffer be the offer help. In my own personal experience from my work place I notice my boss whenever I am in need of something important from her. That's when she remembers to give me work ,she brings all kinds of work for me to do. I must have to really work hard to her satisfaction before she feels like helping me.

 Some rich people always want to look like heroes, making you feel like suffering and giving you a hard time before helping you is not bad. They feel if they help at that moment that you asked nobody will notice them,they wait until you are really desperate, that's when they feel they can help. Sadly some rich people and business organizations actually make money from keeping the poor under their control and bad condition for example some companies pay their workers very tittle compare to what the work for,in some cases banks gives loans to poor with high interest, so you can imagine with the little they get as pay they have to pay the loans and still provide for their family.

Some rich people just want  control over the poor. Some rich people, even politicians, use charity as a way to gain control and power over the poor. For example, some politicians ignore poor communities for years but suddenly remember to give them food and money before election just because they want their vote.

Many rich people live in luxury and have no idea how hard life is for the poor, some just give old clothes to the poor forgetting what the poor really need is a good  paying job opportunities and not clothes, some rich people believe suffering is good for the poor they feel its teaches them discipline but they would never  accept the same struggle for themselves,some say i work hard for my money but forget the fact that  they started with family wealth and connection also forget its the poor that work really hard to bost their profits. To keep them where they are.

In conclusion as human beings we shouldn't forget that real help shouldn't come only after suffering. If the rich truly cared they would not suffer anyone before they help, the poor don't need heroes who show up at the last minute, they need someone with fairness, justice and real opportunities.
