dCrops recently held a month-long event celebrating Halloween. There was a huge participation from the players with a lot of prizes that were given out in exchange for Halloween candy that players earned by doing in-game actions like planting, harvesting, etc. The below poster has all the details regarding the event.  # The Numbers  A whopping total of 788,137 candies was earned by a total of 638 players. A small portion of this was given as prizes for the Splinterlands tournaments that were held during the event. A total of 255,000 candies were exchanged for 1021 coffins. Roughly one-third of the candies earned were exchanged for the thrill of grave robbing. A majority of the players opted not to open coffins and go with the other prizes that the candies offered. A total of 135 players opened coffins and a total of 51 golden tickets were found! Players also found 1610 CROP tokens inside the coffins. Only 3 of the event exclusive items, 2 Cemetary and 1 Jack-o-Lanterns were exchanged for golden tickets. Meanwhile, 4 ALPHA packs and 21 BETA packs were claimed from the event shop. The 5% chance to find golden tickets inside coffins was not enough for players to find enough tickets to claim all of the prizes offered during the event. Most of the candies were exchanged for Reward Chest++, which contains 5 items, of which, there is a 25% chance for construction resources inside. A total of 2954 Reward Chest++ were bought in exchange for 369,250 candies by 299 players. The rest of the candies were exchanged for boosters, mostly Mystery Seeds. 2393 Mystery Seeds for 35,895 candies 1688 Speed-Gro for 16,880 candies 1093 Ferti-Plus for 10,930 candies --- This event is a benchmark for future events to follow. There will be a couple of different changes to any future events to make them more accessible to all kinds of players. As a first "experiment", it was a success. By using these numbers, future events will be adjusted to make sure that all the prizes are attainable. Did you enjoy this event?
