## Finally did something with those tips A while ago, about 5 months or so, I got a couple of SmartCash tips. Since SmartCash wasn't traded on Binance or Bittrex, I didn't know what to do with them. Heck, back then, I didn't know what to do with STEEM/SBD.  So, I just them sit there, not really caring too much, but then SmartCash made some moves upward in the last month, so I started to think that I probably should figure out how to get those tips.  When I initially looked at SmartCash, they didn't have their [webwallet](https://wallet.smartcash.cc) setup. I attempted to download the Windows client wallet, but that had some issues. Now that the webwallet was active, I got that setup and then couldn't figure out how to get the tip to my wallet. What would be the connection? When you get a tip in SmartCash, there is a message "Comment @smartbot help to claim." The @smartbot listens for your commands and then replies. You can use the following commands: * **balance** - displays your current wallet balance * **address**- displays your deposit address * **withdraw** *amount* *address* - withdraws the amount of SMART to address * **tip** *username* *amount* - sends the amount of SMART to username * **terms** - displays terms and conditions for using @smartbot I didn't understand at first how this works. I had used the ReddCoin bot on Twitter and it didn't click until I read [Navigating Through Smartcash Web Wallet : Tutorial by JBN](https://steemit.com/smartcash/@jbn/navigating-through-smartcash-web-wallet-tutorial-by-jbn) and looked at the comments. ## I can just use the smartbot here on Steemit! Ooooh. And since I am using it, the tip is associated with my Steemit username. So, once I have my webwallet setup and I know my address to receive SmartCash, it is just as simple as telling the smartbot on Steemit to send my SmartCash tips from the wallet associated with my Steemit account to my webwallet.  And, as you can see by the reply from the smartbot, you can [track the transaction with the SmartExplorer](https://explorer3.smartcash.cc/tx/0548a20c70155f02a2ffeb9aba1a952a999cae28c39225da2176b14bf93aa7b9).  When I took the screenshot, only 2 confirmations had happened. By the time I wrote this post, over 70 confirmations were through and the red background color had turned to yellow. I guess at some point it will turn green. Anyway, after just 1 confirmation, it showed up in my webwallet.  Woo hoo!! $8 tip! Now I have SmartCash to tip others on Steemit, but, I would have to deposit it back into my account associated with my Steemit account first.
