A sudden thought of wanting to experiment with a different format of content, pushes me to purchase a 'premium' video app called the Viva Video. When I first purchased it, it was only USD 2.99 with access to a variety of themes and soundtracks. Now they upgraded to another tier of membership- the 'Premier Platinum'. So basically my membership is the 'Premier Gold.'

But 2.99 USD is still a good buy. For the watermark removal (yes, this is a big deal to me 'cause I dislike watermarks), and user-friendly interface. 

So I drew my phone out and created this video in less than 10mins (it took me more than 10m 'cause of distractions and unfamiliarity with the app). But if you're so used to creating videos on this app, video creation can take less than 5m tops.

### How it works:
 
**1) Pick a few pictures at random from my phone's picture gallery** 

**2) Upload a video from my phone's camera roll.** 

**3) Choose the music tracks (multiple tracks are allowed) from the app's list of songs. If not, you can also upload your own's.**

**4) Create your 1-minute video.** 

 
Done. It's that simple. And you can do this anytime, anywhere. I did mine while waiting for my laundry at the laundromat.

I haven't tried creating videos that last longer than a minute. Usually, I don't take long clips so this is not an issue for me. 

However, the newer version of VivaVideo only allows 'Premier Platinum' members to create videos of duration that's more than a minute. This membership costs about RM 54.90/ one year. 

If you find yourself producing more videos than written texts, this is probably a great investment for you. It only costs you about RM4.6 per month. 

With your Steem upvotes, that cost's probably covered anyway :) 

So if you find yourself out of topics to write or simply are tired of writing, like me today, then creating videos might be for you.
