Because busy really does pays free .1 sbd atleast or even more based on the Steem power of your followers. you need  minimum 500 sp altogerther of your followers power if you really want to get free upvote from busy bot. if you have have lots of sp but you do not have any follwer or if have followers but yours followers do not  have 500 sp altogether then you have to just wait unit you have got enough sp .
