Hibiscus and cayenne are related and belong to the same Hibiscus species; however, they are different:
🥀Hibiscus - Hibiscus Sabdariffa
(It is deep red, its petals are thick, its flavor is acidic, and it looks like a tulip)
🌺Cayenne - Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis
(Cayenne or China rose comes in different colors: orange, yellow, pale pink, and even white)



***Nota importante:***
La flor de Jamaica y La flor de cayena, son familia y pertenecen a la misma especie Hibiscus; pero son diferentes:
🥀Flor de jamaica - Hibiscus Sabdariffa 
(Es de color rojo intenso, sus petalos son grueso, su sabor es acido y tiene apariencia de un tulipan)
🌺Flor de Cayena  - Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis
(La cayena o rosa china hay de diferentes colores, naranjas, amarillo, rosado pálido, y hasta blancas)

- 12 fresh hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
- Sugar to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 glass of water
- Ice

- We begin by separating the leaves from the petals of the hibiscus flower, separating them from the fruit where the seeds are, then we remove the rest of the sepals, leaving only the flower petals.

- Place the petals in a container with water and wash them well, preferably in three washes, to avoid ant residue, since this plant is home to many ants, due to how sweet its fruits are.
