A non-contact sport requires high level of teamwork and trust.

The amount of skills and strategies needed to win the game would force kids to think ahead.

The need for discipline and perseverance during training sessions can be demanding for these young kids but it is a good process in developing their values and personal attitudes.

The courage to get back up after a defeat is priceless indeed.
