**Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur, deseo todos estén muy bien. Tenía bastante tiempo sin publicar en esta hermosa comunidad pero hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco del estrés que me dió está torta pero sobre todo de cómo me las ingenio para resolver y entregar lo que el cliente pidió. Porque es que al aceptar un pedido debemos cumplir con las expectativas del cliente.**

It's been a while since I last posted on this wonderful community, but today I want to share with you a bit about the stress this mess gave me, but above all, how I managed to solve and deliver what the client requested. Because when accepting an order, we must meet the client's expectations.

**Así que me fui al centro de la isla en busca de la materia prima para la torta. Y en busca de unas esferas que llevaba la torta y la verdad que creo que camine todas las tiendas de repostería que estaban en el centro de la isla y en ningún lugar encontré las esferas marrones que necesitaba para hacer la torta del modelo que me envió mi clienta, pero entonces compré las esferas blancas y pensé que podría pintarlas y así solucionar el color que necesitaba para el pedido que tenia.**

>So I went to the center of the island in search of the raw materials for the cake. And in search of some spheres that the cake included. Honestly, I think I walked through all the bakery shops in the center of the island, and nowhere did I find the brown spheres I needed to make the cake of the model my client sent me. But then I bought the white spheres and thought I could paint them and that way I could solve the color I needed for the order I had.

**Así que fui a una tienda de útiles escolares y compré pintura al frio. Tenían estos dos tonos y decidí llevar el tono más oscuro y al llegar a casa comencé a pintar las esferas y estuve muy feliz de no entrar en pánico como muchas veces me sucede y poder resolver para entregar el pedido como lo quería mi clienta.**

>So I went to a school supply store and bought cold-pressed paint. They had these two shades, and I decided to go with the darker one. When I got home, I started painting the spheres. I was so happy that I didn't panic like I often do and was able to get the order exactly how my client wanted it.

**Una vez las esferas estaban pintadas las dejé secar bien y algunas las pinte con matizador dorado y ya las tenía listas para usarlas al día siguiente cuando tenía que decorar la torta.**

>Once the spheres were painted, I let them dry well and painted some of them with gold dye, and they were ready to use the next day when I had to decorate the cake.

**Está torta era para una revelación de sexo, y algo que me pareció muy lindo es que la doctora de mi clienta me escribió para decirme el sexo del bebé y así yo hice la torta de color azul. Y así cuando cortarán la torta todos se enterarían del sexo del bebé.**

>This cake was for a gender reveal, and something I thought was really cute was that my client's doctor wrote to me to tell me the baby's sex, so I made the cake blue. That way, when they cut the cake, everyone would know the baby's sex.

**Está torta fue para mi salir de mi zona de confort pues tenía demasiado tiempo sin trabajar en fondant y está torta iba cubierta de fondant y con una técnica que no había realizado antes, pero creo que para ser la primera vez que la hacía quedó bastante bien y sin lugar a dudas lo más importante es que a mí clienta le gustó.**

>This cake was a step out of my comfort zone for me, as I hadn't worked with fondant in too long. This cake was covered in fondant and used a technique I hadn't tried before. However, I think that for the first time I made it, it turned out quite well, and without a doubt, the most important thing was that my client liked it.

**Mi clienta hace manualidades y dibujos así que ella se encargó de hacer los Toppers de la torta y quedaron muy bellos. Amo cuando mis clientes quedan complacidos con mi trabajo. Lo que muchas veces nuestros clientes no saben es todo lo que debemos hacer para entregar un buen pedido, ser emprendedor no es un trabajo fácil pero siempre buscamos dar lo mejor y entregar un trabajo de calidad.**

>My client does crafts and drawings, so she was in charge of making the cake toppers, and they turned out beautiful. I love it when my clients are pleased with my work. What our clients often don't know is how much we have to do to deliver a successful order. Being an entrepreneur isn't an easy job, but we always strive to give our best and deliver quality work.
