ADDICTION AND CRAVINGS!
Last night, I realized something. I may or may not have a certain addiction towards @splinterlands. When I started playing, I honestly thought that it would be difficult and that I would just shut down like I always do when I encounter something new.

That didn't happen. Of course, maybe it's because I am still a novice working my way up. That doesn't matter now because I somehow managed to understand a few more things while playing.

[CERBERUS: MELEE ATTACKER](https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/card_art/Cerberus.png)

Melee attackers are frontiers like we all know but what happens when all your Melee cards are down? Point here is never to put a Range attacker right behind a Melee. I understood as much after playing with different formations to experiment and plan for the next battle where I'd surely win.

What I do when I have enough Mana Caps is to put two Melee attackers in front and a Magician next. My Rangers are always 5th and 6th position if necessary.

I am still mastering how to manipulate lower Mana Caps to my advantage. Picking just two cards to win a battle without really understanding your enemy's strength and game plan could be frustrating.

Also, I am still exploring the vast world of cards and I must say, I am not perfect. I get confused as hell but I still try. As a newbie in gaming, I find it pretty interesting with all the suspense that comes with it. There is this adrenaline rush that I seemed to be on last night. I loved it!

There is something my mentor always says that I seem to be used to now and do gladly, *"just click around and explore."*

A newbie's job is to explore and ask specific questions. Now, I want you all, both newbies and old timers, to recommend your best card for the novice team(I'm sure you get my point). I won't do this alone, I won't grow that way. So, I need as many recommendations and also we could challenge each other.

What do you say? Let's do this!
