Hey everyone :)
Really love cooking and taking the time to prep everything from scratch, so everything you see from the bread to the patty we made. (my bf makes the bread haha which we can make another post for anyone interested!)
We truly believe the energy that goes into make something really is what makes it so healthy and delicious so cooking together is something we really cherish.
If you're trying to cut down on bread intake these are also fantastic with lettuce buns, salads, and soups.

Ingredients:
Cooked Chickpeas (could also add quinoa, or mushrooms, beans too if you eat them)
Spelt Flour
Avocado Oil
Paprika *not alkaline, occasionally use.*
Cayenne
Onion Powder
Salt
Directions:
-Filled my food processor 3/4 full with cooked chickpeas (or with quinoa, mushrooms or onions if you like)
-Added a splash of Avocado Oil
-Left to process until a crumble like consistency then moved to mixing bowl
-Added 1/2 cup of Spelt flour followed by your seasoning of choice (I use paprika *not alkaline though*, cayenne, onion powder, salt)
-Once combined, slowly add small amounts of water until it sticks together
-Preheat Avocado Oil and allow each side to cook crisp thoroughly, it won't stick to the pan when ready to flip.
-And done! Depending on thickness you may want to put in the oven at 375 for 10 min
