Avoiding the feeling of getting burnt out is a cornerstone to living a healthy lifestyle.

If you are not properly educated on how to avoid burnout, then you can easily become burnt out in a short period of time.

To me, the best way to avoid burn out is to focus on the things that you actually enjoy doing. Focus on the things that make you happy and that give you creative fulfillment.

When you focus on these things, you create meaningful work.

You create work that will last you a lifetime. Work that you can carry with you wherever you go and be proud to stamp your name on.

Most people never find that. They never find their stride and their cadence.

They never find the thing in life that gives them the highest level of satisfaction and gratitude.

Many people who find this thing can still be suceptible to burnout. They can still feel the feelings of being down and out.

These people can reach high levels of success and then wonder where they ought to go from there.

One of the most famous examples of this is what happened to the men who walked on the moon.

I mean, how do you find a followup path to walking on the moon?

How do you work hard towards something when you have literally sailed the heavens and done something that only a handful of people have ever done?

This is why the process matters. The process matters most when it comes to satisfaction with your work.

If you become overly obsessed with the end result and not obsessed enough with the work itself and the creativity of it all, then you will experience burnout at some point.

So the steps are relatively simple: find something that you love to do and something that has creative longevity and then drive forward with that passion!
