<div class="text-justify"> Whether we like it or not, we're not the only one on the planet called Earth. There are many humans out there, just like you and I; with ideas, with dreams, some with good character, some with bad character. That's just the reality of the world we live in. And you must accept it. The complexity of the human mind and human nature. Some times, we get into many troubles with colleagues and friends and family, because we're trying to change them. Except a human being is still little, like kids that's truly when you can build them up into the kind of people you want them to be. That can hardly work for adults, who have spent several years making up an image for him/herself, and created habits that are difficult to break. The chances of changing an adult's way of thinking are quite slim in most cases. As a businessman, understanding people is very important because truly if your business must grow and expand and reach it's full capacity, you'll definitely be needing people to work for you or with you. You'll be faced with many different behaviours, and characters that are hard to put in words. You just have to understand people for who they are. The truth will forever remain that most people don't really care about you, but are out for themselves. You're not supposed to take this the wrong way, because in most cases you're also looking out for yourself and your loved ones. Hence, you shouldn't be naive into thinking that anyone has got your back, because you really never know. You just have to be smart and protect yourself and your interests as must as possible. And as an entrepreneur, you have to see through this dynamics so that you're not played by people. People will tend to want to manipulate you to doing what favors them. You have to have a strong grip of your ground and push in the area where your interests is the most. As a businessman, if you don't learn about people, and the human tendencies for jealousy and challenging of authority and many other human tendencies; you may become overwhelmed by the irrationality of human behavior sometimes. Knowing that people are who they are, and can hardly be changed is very important. And as a businessman, do your best to understand the psychology of key people in your organization. And see how you can make accomplishments together, with the unique nature of each person. # Thanks for taking time to read! </div>
