Hello, friends! Weekly choice this time i would like to share one of my experience eating kuotie (饺子). This was one of my favorite chinese food.

Here was the food stall.

The food stall was located on 3rd floor Kelapa Gading Mal - North Jakarta.
It was located in a big food court there, food temptation.

The special menu here was their kuotie. We usually liked the baked one, with the pork meat inside as the main ingredient and also other ingredients.

The dining area was like always, large, clean and neat

This time we didn't want to order the rice cause we already has our lunch and this one would be our complementary.

Here was the special menu, the pork kuotie. The waiter served us fast, but because it was in a foodcourt

The taste was savory, yummy and tasty. The skin was crunchy but inside the pork was soft and tasty. We also could add the soy sauce, garlic, chilli sauce and also the mayu oil there. So the flavor would be more complete.
