___ ___ ##
**SAYUR TERONG**

**Recipe**
___ Hello foodies Lovers! What is the name of eggplant in your country? In Indonesia we call it Terong. Eggplant is a vegetable that is favored by the majority of Indonesian people, because it can be processed into a variety of dishes. One of my favorite menus made from eggplant is Sayur Terong. This is eggplant with spicy coconut milk gravy. When I eat Sayur terong, I will remember my memories when I was a child. Now Grandpa and Grandma are gone, so every time I miss them I will cook their favorite food, one of which is this Sayur Terong. Even though my cooking is not as good as my grandmother's, but it's enough to reduce my longing for them. I want to share the recipe with you guys.
