 Hi hive friends..... How was your day? I wish everyone well I have had gastric disease for a very long time. But recently I found a potent potion to treat stomach pain. The potion is turmeric water. Turmeric is a spice and medicinal plant native to Southeast Asia. This plant then has spread to areas of Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and even Africa. Almost every Indonesian and Indian as well as Asian people have generally consumed this spice plant, either as a complement to cooking spices, herbal medicine or to maintain health and beauty. How to make turmeric water is also very easy. So I can easily make it at home. The only ingredients needed are a few pieces of turmeric, one glass of water and a pinch of salt to taste.  First wash the turmeric and then peel it. After that, mash or chop the turmeric. Then enter the turmeric in 1 glass of water. Add a little salt to taste and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes then strain the turmeric water.   Since knowing about this potion, now I am free from gastric medicine. I chose to use natural medicine.
