 Hello again Splinterlands players Today we still have Armored Up ruleset for our weekly Splinterlands [Battle Mage Secret](https://peakd.com/hive-13323/@splinterlands/battle-mage-secrets-weekly-challenge-s6payi) challenge. ARMORED UP is a ruleset that gives +2 armor to all the units in the battle. So it's like a God having a protect ability and he protects everyone. This is my second entry of Battle Mage Secret, the first one is about unleashing Grandmaster Rathe. How about this one? Well I will make it simple, let's go with magic!! Magic will bypass any armor, so this sound a good move. OK Let's check our battle then...  --- # THE BATTLE [](https://splinterlands.com/?p=battle&id=sl_4725ac3be5ef24d8f2f843fb7a9c1a3d&ref=dewabrata) This was a Gold League battle of Wild Format. I was using @Blackkrrsantan, a Scholarship account for Juice Guild from bulldog1205 one of our famous streamer. You can check his account and his twitter too, recently he share many contents outside his youtube channel.  We had a Armored Up ruleset here with that wands out ruleset. So Everyone must use mages only here. So here were my points of building my line up 1. 56 mana cap, we should use the best of the best here. 2. I would use Earth Element, because of Obsidian and Goblin Psychic. This would be the element that allowed healing in this battle. 3. I would have Mycelic Slipspawn behind and a duo triage of Spirit Hoarder and Queen Mycelia. Hopefully it could prolong the life of Slipspawn. So this was how the battle went:  - The battle started with both of us buffing up our team and debuffing our opponents. Both of us were using almost similar approach, the different was that they had Runemancer Florre on their side and my team had a better levels in general - My opponent had 10 magic damage and 2 range damage.It's a 12 damage per round. - My team had 11 magic damage per round. so we were equal in fire power. - My concern was the general health points, my team was a lot lower than them. So if they had affliction activated instantly, my team would be losing  - Round 2 started with almost similar condition as the first round. It's hard to kill Mycelic SLipspawn due to her high health point.  - Round 3 we started to see the gap. 4 vs 6 now, they lost Slipspawn and Regal Peryton. This was not a decisive blow yet, because they had that Runemancer Florre with 13 health point... a wall that hard to knock down.  - Round 4 started with 4 vs 5 condition, they were trying to get equal relying on Runemancer Florre. However she got affliction and her time was over.  - Round 5 my team got the momentum again, its 3 vs 5.  - 2 vs 4 now, I should be winning right now but I was very worry with a bunch of 3-4 health point units on my team.  - Ok this should lock the result, my team definitely got the win  - Round 8 was the last one. Good Game ---  # CLOSURE AND DISCUSSION Sometime the battle became very funny like this one. No matter how hard we could come up with a line up, actually when someone had Immortalis in this kind of battle, the flow would be one sided and Immortalis would wipe out all. He made his team anti magic and all of his units will have shatter ability... making it a perfect anti armor team  Another funny thing is that wands out making us feel awkward. Instead of having magic as a solution, we are forced to use magic only units. Would it be using Djinn Oshannus a better options? It might be, but not a guarantee one incase you failed to kill Regal Peryton... its all over. and that Runamancer Florre was a force to reckon against Djinn Oshannus, so yeah... they were anticipating Djinn Oshannus. So my choice was not bad either. ok that's for today, Have fun with ARMORED UP ruleset.
