Seminar Proposal is one of the processes that must be passed by students to hold a bachelor's degree. In the seminar Students must present and account for everything written in the proposal as his research. the proposal seminar can also be interpreted as a student competency test to raise a research. Students will be the resource persons at the seminar and rated by examiners and lecturers. concepts and theories that the students write will be asked by the lecturer to see if the students understand what they have written in the proposal.

After graduating the proposal seminar the student will prepare his research which poured in the Final Project to be tested in trial later. The final stage of a student to graduate in college and then graduation.
