This exercise was done in the middle of the week. The boys pulled a tyre with multiple paving stones inside it. And that made it heavy but they used their full strength and pulled it across the field. The under 15 categories pulled it multiple times to and fro.

This exercise will make the boys have good strength and balance on the ball. We also did new drills but it was recorded, that was the first time we did such drills and the boys learned it in a couple of minutes. We are having a training today and if we have the time for drills, it will be recorded! Stay tuned!
