- Me gustaría participar en comunidades en las que tengo tiempo deseando publicar, pero no lo he hecho debido a inseguridades. Para eso, quiero hacer una lista paso a paso que me ayude a superar los obstáculos que puedo encontrar (esta publicación fue echa con una de mis listas).

- Quiero conocer a más personas que se han esforzado por aportar valor en la plataforma, conversar y aprender de ellos. Me gustaría encontrar puntos en común con ellos, y entablar relaciones que me ayuden a permanecer en Hive. Esto planeo hacerlo con ayuda de los comentarios en sus publicaciones. He añadido a varios autores a mis favoritos de Ecency, y filtro las notificaciones con frecuencia por "Favoritos" para comentarles.

- Quiero, por supuesto, lograr mis metas propuestas en la tarea número 1: 100 seguidores (tengo 76), 300 HP (tengo 221) y 60 puntos de reputación (😁 ¡Ya lo conseguí! Tengo 61).

- Quiero publicar sin falta todos los días. Como ven, esto puede ser complicado dependiendo del tipo de contenido que publique. Hay que tener equilibrio, por ejemplo, para no publicar muy frecuentemente en una comunidad, y para eso estoy creando un calendario.

- I would like to participate in communities where I have been wanting to post for a long time, but have not done so due to insecurities. For that, I want to make a step-by-step list to help me overcome the obstacles I may encounter (this post was made with one of my lists).

- I want to meet more people who have made an effort to provide value on the platform, talk and learn from them. I would like to find common ground with them, and build relationships that will help me stay on Hive. I plan to do this with the help of comments on their posts. I have added several authors to my Ecency favorites, and I filter notifications frequently by "Favorites" to comment on them.

- I want, of course, to achieve my goals set in task number 1: 100 followers (I have 76), 300 HP (I have 221) and 60 reputation points (😁 I got it! I have 61).

- I want to post without fail every day. As you can see, this can be tricky depending on the type of content I post. You have to have balance, for example, to not post too frequently in a community, and that's what I'm creating a calendar for.

1. Comparte contenido de calidad. Esto hace que la gente se sienta atraída por la publicación, si es agradabe, generamos interacción. 

2. Compromiso. No solo es publicar, es participar en las publicaciones de otros. Es dar y recibir, como en toda relación sana.

3. Buscar comunidades que en las que puedo aportar valor y que aprecien mi contenido. Para eso es útil consultar los programas de incubación del TOC, ver las comunidades que hay en ellos, fijarse en esas con las que siento que puedo coincidir. También hay otras comunidades que pueden apoyar el contenido.
 
4. Hay varias maneras de motivarse, algunas son querer obtener tener estabilidad financiera, invertir en Hive o convertirnos en una ballena. También compararse con otros a los que les va genial es positivo, no con el fin de sentirnos inferiores, sino para utilizarlo como fuente de motivación y para añadir estrategias. Es importante relacionarse con la gente, mejorar es más fácil cuando compartimos nuestras dudas con la gente que tiene experiencia. Si tienes algo que quieres saber y no entiendes del todo, debemos preguntar a otros que lo saben o lo están haciendo.

5. Establezca objetivos. Es un punto que ya hemos tocado. Pero, recordemos que ponerse objetivos es lo que hace que uno esté enfocado.</div>

1. Share quality content. This makes people feel attracted to the publication, if it is pleasant, we generate interaction. 

2. Engagement. It is not only publishing, it is participating in the publications of others. It is giving and receiving, as in any healthy relationship.

3. Look for communities in which I can contribute value and that appreciate my content. For that it is useful to consult the TOC incubation programs, see the communities that are in them, look at those with which I feel I can match. There are also other communities that can support the content.
 
4. There are several ways to motivate yourself, some are wanting to obtain have financial stability, invest in Hive or become a whale. Also comparing ourselves with others who are doing great is positive, not in order to feel inferior, but to use it as a source of motivation and to add strategies. It is important to relate to people, improving is easier when we share our doubts with people who have experience. If you have something you want to know and don't fully understand, we should ask others who know or are doing it.

5. Set goals. This is a point we have already touched on. But, let's remember that setting goals is what keeps you focused.
