Reasons why they failed:</p> <p><br></p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>The company's debts were too much to bear. </strong></h3> <p><strong>2. Terrible timing.</strong></p> <p><strong>3. Competitors turned up the heat.</strong></p> <p><strong>4. Vendors got skittish.</strong></p> <p><strong>5.
