I hoped to get more entries in my first contest, but I can't be disappointed, as most of the entries were well thought out, well written, and engaging. Picking a winner was hard!

* [Ode to Terry Pratchett's Tiffany Aching: A review of I Shall Wear Midnight](https://steemit.com/bookreview/@isabellelauren/ode-to-terry-pratchett-s-tiffany-aching-a-review-of-i-shall-wear-midnight) by @isabellelauren. This was a clear contender.

* [Book Review - Omotola (Rave God #1)](https://steemit.com/book/@awolesigideon/book-review-omotola-rave-god-1-53f8d19bdc3a9) by @awolesigideon. This was a very good read, but I'm gonna have to downgrade it due to it being written by the book's author, making it more of an ad for the book than a book review.

* [An Unusual Review of China and a Book: The Three Body Problem](https://steemit.com/bookreview/@nobyeni/an-unusual-review-of-china-and-a-book-the-three-body-problem#@didic/re-nobyeni-an-unusual-review-of-china-and-a-book-the-three-body-problem-20180222t150601587z) by @nobyeni. This was another very strong entry! 

* [Book Review: INTO THE SILENCE by America Hart](https://steemit.com/books/@steembooks/book-review-into-the-silence-by-america-hart) by @steembooks. A short, but very interesting review of a book I wasn't aware of! 

* Honorable Mention: ["The Cruel Prince" by Holly Black Book Review](https://steemit.com/books/@bookleaf/the-cruel-prince-by-holly-black-book-review) by @bookleaf. This was submitted despite being published before the contest and not written for it. It's a great read about a book I intend to read from an author I like, but I can't reward it.

It came down to two entries, those from @isabellelauren and @nobyeni. Both were great reads, but I felt one of them gave the better impression of the book and what makes it great. And so, the winner of the contest and the 10 SBD reward is:
