火幣（火必）交易所成立於2013 年9 月，在區塊鏈這樣變化迅速的產業而言，算是歷史相當悠久的老牌交易所，它由甲骨文前程式設計師李林和市場行政人員杜軍創立，由於創辦人是華人，對於華人市場相對注重，所以它擁有龐大的中國用戶，也陸續開始在日本、韓國分別成立火幣日本和火幣韓國，而它的規模曾經達到全球前三的地位。

而2021 年，受到中國大力打擊加密貨幣產業施行最新監管政策的影響，許多大型交易所都暫停了中國新用戶的註冊，火必清退身份認證為中國地區的用戶，導致它的用戶數迅速下跌，但瘦死的駱駝比馬大，和一些區域性的交易所相較，它還是相對穩定及安全的。

在慶祝成立十週年的重要時刻，它決定走出一條大膽的道路，由原本的品牌名稱 Huobi 變更為 HTX，這三個字母各自象徵著Huobi（H）、區塊鏈項目Tron（T）和交易所（X），HT象徵著火必交易所 (Huobi) 自有的Huobi Token（HT），而X是羅馬數字的10，紀念Huobi公司的十週年慶典。

然而，當您聽到 HTX 這個名字時，您首先會想到的是什麼？它給我一種負面的感覺，人們都知道 FTX 交易所倒閉後對用戶資金做了什麼，很多人都因為 FTX 交易所蒙受損失，FTX 創始人 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）還在處理這起訴訟，您可能聽說過另一個名字 GTX，已經破產的三箭資本創始人，曾經計劃推出名為 GTX 的加密貨幣交易所，因為 XXX[TX] 交易所曾經是一步好棋。

沒錯，在FTX 交易所事件前，FTX 曾經被視為最值得信賴的交易所，它們曾與 Binance 和 Coinbase 等頂級交易所競爭，FTX 推出過很多創新的商品，在廣大用戶心中，有著最高的信任度，在我心目中，它曾經是全球第一大交易所。

但是，我很難理解為何火必交易所要改名為 HTX 交易所，火必交易所是我現在少數還有在用的交易所，對於它，我還是有點信心，我可以感覺到它想返回往日榮光的衝勁，但是對任何經歷過 FTX 交易所事件的人，宛如在傷口上撒鹽，對於這樣一家聲明卓越公司的策略性佈局，我只能說，我真的看不懂這騷操作啊！

Huobi, founded in September 2013, has been a long-standing player in the rapidly evolving blockchain industry. With its founders, former Oracle programmer Li Lin and market administrator Du Jun, being of Chinese descent, it initially focused on the Chinese market and garnered a substantial user base. Over the years, it expanded to establish Huobi Japan and Huobi Korea, at one point ranking among the top three exchanges globally.

However, in 2021, the impact of China's stringent cryptocurrency regulations led to many major exchanges suspending new user registrations from China, and Huobi had to discontinue services for users in the region. This caused a significant decline in its user base, but in comparison to some regional exchanges, Huobi remained relatively stable and secure.

Now, as we mark this important milestone of its tenth anniversary, Huobi has decided to take a bold step by rebranding as HTX. The three letters symbolize Huobi (H), the blockchain project Tron (T), and exchange (X). HT represents Huobi Token (HT), and X represents the Roman numeral 10, commemorating Huobi's ten-year celebration.

However, when I hear the name HTX, it evokes a negative connotation for me. People are aware of the issues with FTX Exchange, which faced problems and lawsuits related to user funds after its closure. Similarly, there's the memory of GTX, the cryptocurrency exchange planned by the bankrupt founder of Three Arrows Capital. It seems that exchanges with names ending in "TX" have had their fair share of troubles.

Before the FTX incident, FTX Exchange was considered one of the most trusted platforms, competing with top-tier exchanges like Binance and Coinbase. They introduced innovative products and had the highest level of trust among users. In my opinion, it was once the world's largest exchange.

However, I find it challenging to understand why Huobi Exchange decided to rebrand as HTX. Huobi is one of the few exchanges I still use and have some confidence in. I can sense its determination to regain its past glory. But for anyone who experienced the FTX Exchange incident, this renaming feels like rubbing salt in the wound. Regarding this strategic move by a company with a history of excellence, all I can say is, I really don't understand this move!
