When I was singing this song as a child, I imagined a natural tiny cucumber. Green is this :)

But in fact, grasshoppers are not green at all. They are rather brown. And very beautiful.

This grasshopper sits on the fence of a summer cafe. I was surprised to see him - it's already cold outside. The poor fellow was so cold that he did not even try to get away from me.
