We can either learn about this new technology and understand how it can benifit us, or we can be left behind in time missing out on the opportunities that are in the eyes of the beholder. The first phase of the Effect Network, "**Effect Force**" will be launched very soon and will enable AI creators to upload AI related tasks on the network that will be available for anyone in the world to perform once they are signed up to the platform. These individuals will be able perform these tasks anywhere, anytime and earn. # How it works The platform works by requesters/ AI developers first uploading an AI algorithm data set and the tasks they want performed in order to reach their end goal ( which could be testing for bugs, training AI, feedback and much more). They then set the price/reward and post it on the network for the world to see. The network provides them with a scalable, easy to reach workforce instantly. Maxim would collect content through their database of various sized men of different ages in different fashion trends continuously in order to train their AI algorithm. They would then create a data set on the Effect Network with pictures of these men and have possibly millions of freelancers choose whether the fashion fits the individual and if it is trendy. They could also set options for individuals to choose the best fashion trend that fits the individual. Many people would participate and earn EXF tokens and Maxim would have the necessary data set to train its AI. Maxim could use this information to make the AI choose fashion from online stores and recommend it to men who use the APP. This could be a new source of income for Maxim magazine and the freelancers on the Effect Network. But to tell you the truth, the jobs are already gone and most of the jobs available are labour intensive and down right repetitive. People in these nations are looking for opportunities that are convenient with some degree of freedom. I really do feel that tasks on the Effect Network will attract millions of people from developing countries as it is very convenient and interesting compared to the limited opportunities out there. In the Scenario I gave above about Maxim, just imagine Sandy from Jamaica, an unemployed 20 year old fresh out of university living in the inner city of Kingston. She is very fashion conscious and knows what looks good and what works on different individuals. She would be able to log into the Effect Network and participate in Maxim's tasks. This would be something that seemed like a dream, because she can do this anywhere, anytime and she loves fashion. But, Sandy also has other interests, she likes hair dressing, she could find tasks that relate to that field. Sandy would not get bored as she is participating in things she loves and she can diversify the tasks she does on the network. And on top of all that, Sandy will be able to earn an income at her pace. She will be fine, she has found the opportunity in technology. In the future, Sandy may have an idea for an AI algorithm herself because of all she has been exposed to on the network. She hires a developer on the soon the be released Smart Market, She gets her AI algorithm made, but then she doesn't have the computing power to handle such a technological algorithm. Effect AI saves her again with their Effect Power which outsources computing power. Sandy's future is looking as bright as the sun.  # <center>Adaptability of Effect Network.</Center> I really do feel this is a very lucrative and convenient opportunity and the more people that know about it, the more people will adapt it. Seeing that the Effect Network will have a decentralised exchange which consists of a pool of Tokens know as the *Effect Galaxy pool*, this will create liquidity which will lead to adaption taking place at a rapid rate. The reason being is that freelancers on the Effect Network that get paid in EFX tokens may possibly be able to shift these tokens to Bitcoin, Etheruem, NEO, NEP-5, GAS and Litecoin amongst others to have a more liquid currency that can be changed into fiat easily in various places and used in the "old world". Obvioulsly the tokens that will be the order of the day will be NEO, Gas, NEP-5 and EFX, but the community, through a governance system and prominent users will vote and do what it sees fit to keep the Effect Network liquid, as well as make other key decisions. *Developers will surely use the Effect Network as it gives every size AI creator ( form the individual to the corporations) a chance to use a scalable and affordable workforce to meet their AI development goals.* ### *EGP* (Effect Galaxy Pool) benefits * Liquidity * Exclusive G-Token ( G-EFX) that can only be bought/used by requesters and cannot be traded on other exchanges. * G-EFX is converted into regular tokens (EFX) once smart contracts are executed by requestors/developers * Manipulation from pump and dumps and other externals will be extremely difficult as a result of using G-Tokens.( G-EFX ) >The EGP ensures stable exchange rates for users of the network at all times. The pool is not suitable for day traders, as only Galaxy-EFX tokens (G-EFX) can be bought. Any G-EFX bought from the EGP can not be sold back to the EGP. A G-EFX is washed (converted to a regular EFX token) by spending it through an Effect.AI Service Contract (ESC). These are the smart contracts that processs the transactions of tasks and the service registry. This protects the EGP from external manipulation and keeps exchange rates stable for all.
