When I came to Steemit over two years ago, it was a place where people radiated with positive energy. At first, I didn't manage to make money, but my goal was to get to know the system, the people, and become an investor. There were many users who registered every day, there were also many spammers who were just there to make money. Changes ensued and the spammer had to discipline themselves, invest in Steem Power to make money. We have been waiting for the platform for Steem tokens, it has not been realized yet, but we all hope that it will raise the value of Steem. I saw Steem as a shining star for all those who had no hope of becoming successful in life. I opened my first Steem school to educate users on how to achieve success by writing good blogs, writing great comments, etc. I rewarded users with competitions more than I made, I gave money for humanitarian support in many cases. The big players didn't support me, probably because they don't know me, or want to have everything under their personal control. I sent to some bloggers $ 1,000 each, $ 500 each, $ 300 each as a sign of support for projects and enthusiasm. I've seen users exchange votes, support lobby groups, but I wasn't one of them. I do not want to make a fake image, to be flattered, I simply respect the quality.

There is a fight against spam in a different and positive way. We need to understand that the value of Steem depends on demand, on the number of new investors and companies and businessmen who accept it as a payment method and as a vision for a good deal. Facebook has given everyone a chance to write what they want, which is why they are now making billions every month. In the new Steem, we have to think about what we are going to say because there are many jealous and addicted people to your reputation, your wallet, etc. One day someone came up to me and said that you use a picture on Pinterest in your poetry, it looks like spam to me. Then I saw some suspicious guys that start threatening me, you'll get downvotes, you'll get downvotes, etc. I honestly follow a number of people that I like and reward them, and then I start to see that some people give me minuses every day. I didn't understand until today that there was a real war on Steemit, that a fire broke out between various lobbies and that it escalated to the extreme. I understand that the value of Steem is increasing because the downvote reduces production. But I also understand that this burns people, investors and that Steem doesn't seem attractive to new users in this way.

The combination of business and social networking is possible and feasible if we have the magnetic force of attracting new users and investors. In the first place, spam is only removed with a simple ban from the list. Posts that go to a trending page should be generated by natural votes. Quality can be measured if the rewards system gets some restrictions like, say, you can't vote for the same people every day. You have to vote for 3 new users at 100% every day, you can vote a maximum 2 times for yourself etc. And this is not enough to attract a billion users, and this project is worth that level of vision. There is always a solution but removing money from posts is such a bad combination in the long run because war never has a happy ending. In the business world, once you get a bad reputation, you reduce your chances of getting to the top. Now we have people with money and their followers, that is not the quality we are talking about, because I see a lot of posts walking around in the park with the dog as if the blogger is a world star, so everyone is reading it. Quality has been given a restriction on freedom of thought, and if we have a restriction then there is no development of ideas and honest communication. We all need to wake up and make the right moves that will take us to the throne of the blockchain social business network. The power of a society or business depends on the freedom of speech, on different opinions, not on fans who just nod their heads. Steem has a number of quality people who have yet to come on the scene, if our best people are those who play the role of judge then we are prisoners, not family. I believe that love, honesty, integrity, authenticity, positive energy, action and creativity are what lead us forward.

I want to say that we need new positive energy, a new campaign of creativity and collaboration because we all deserve more and better. I used to think that rules and wisdom did not matter, today at 44, I know that every wisdom is worth more than a pound of gold. Your thoughts create reality. Is this a Steem we all enjoy, or is this a Steem that should go up to $ 10? Are the best posts getting the most awards or are they part of a group of people who are rewarded with each other? Is war the right way to free us and make us honest and quality bloggers that will attract the attention of millions of new users? I think the vast majority wants freedom, that it wants a more creative reward system (I suggested it), that it wants Steem to be the sun that shines, not the story of wars. Everyone who has downvoted me so far, I forgive them heartily, I want you to think well all together, whales, leaders and creative users for the better future we deserve as a Steem Family.
