In my previous post. I told that I can invite Filipinos to invest in Bitshares using [Coins.ph](https://app.coins.ph). In this post I will show you how to use coins.ph as a gateway to invest in Bitshares.

Creating Coins.ph account is simple. All you need is a phone number and email. First go to [Coins.ph](https://app.coins.ph) and simply click `CREATE AN ACCOUNT`. Once you are done with the registration, you can now deposit PHP into your PHP wallet. Using their `Cash In` form.

We can _cash in_ in some remittance centers like [Cebuana](https://www.cebuanalhuillier.com/) and [M lhuillier](http://www.mlhuillier.com/)

There's also a _cash in_ in some 7-Eleven stores _if available_.

After selecting which type of `Cash In` you want. Next if a deposit form. Enter amount of your deposit then select `Bitcoin Wallet`. Click `Next Step`.

Note: _Remember there is a fee when you cash in. You will pay an extra amount for your fee._

Copy the `reciever's name`, `reference number` and the `amount`.

Go to the nearest remittance center or bayad center near you. Once done, all you have to do is wait for coins.ph to update your wallet.

I haven't actually tried depositing using remittance centers or bayad centers. I was mining BTC using my 2 gpus when I was using coins.ph as my BTC wallet.

Once your php wallet is updated and you can see your deposited money. You can now convert it to Bitcoin using this.

Next is buying Bitshares using openledger or blocktrades.
