A gas station in Wisconsin is reportedly being sued by competitors like BP and Shell over low gas prices. 

That gas station at Woodman's is accused of selling gas too cheap and now those competitors are looking for tens of thousands of dollars as a result. 

# Gas is too cheap?
Right now there are a number of state legislators who are looking to pause taxes on gas because millions are having such a difficult time with filling up and maintaining their standard of living. 

It isn't an idea that has become popular for many democrats yet though.

Families are truly struggling with the current prices of food, gas, and more. Any little bit of savings that they can get is going to help.

Some gas station owners have sought to give their customers a break, but would you expect that they would get in trouble for it? You might be surprised to find out that some gas stations are targeting another for this reason, that they are selling gas too cheap and they say this violates state law that companies aren't able to sell goods below cost. 

Woodman's has also filed a suit allegedly seeking a dismissal on this issue. 

# For Woodman's they are allegedly just trying to keep it cheap and compete with gas prices at Costco. 
<center></center>But this isn't sitting well with competitors who say that Woodman's is violating the Unfair Sales Act in the region by seeking to provide such low prices. 

According to that legislation any company seeking to provide goods below cost might allegedly be engaging in deceptive marketing tactics, rather than seeking to give the community a deal at saving money. Is this really in the best interest of the community and the people? It seems that with restrictions like this that it could easily mean business owners are prevented from providing a better deal on goods to their customers even if they wanted to and it's the right thing to do.
