There is a lot of uproar over the news about an upcoming PayPal policy update that is going to allegedly make changes so that the company can take $2,500 from an account if users are found to have posted misinformation or discriminatory or hateful content. 

However, there are rumors that perhaps this was a mistake of this information going out. Users have called on PayPal to issue a statement to clear all of this up. Some people want to know if they should close their accounts or not.
