**Could minimalism be a solution to gain more time?**

I love productivity but I also care about the ability to counterbalance work and life.
So the question is how do we stay productive without losing focus on what’s important?

**Are you busy now?**

Is it normal to be busy you think?

Too often we get confused between being busy and productivity. We may be expert list creators but in fact we’re overwhelm ourselves and increasing our business. And sometimes our health declines as a result and we don’t have enough quality time for ourselves never mind our family and friends.

**So how can minimalism help in gaining more time?**

I do believe that a calmer and less stressful life tends to alter our perception of time. Notice how time passes when you’re stressful and frustrated compared to when you feel calm. What is your definition of minimalism, what does it mean for you and how do we get started?

**Here are some attributes of minimalism you may relate to:**

* Reducing consumption.
* Minimizing possessions.
* Improving work/life balance.
* Self-sufficiency

Or do you just prefer simpler living. And it is possible to apply minimalist thought to other aspects of your life such as your relationships and work. I think Minimalism is a lifelong journey and sure it’s challenging to make changes, to declutter and reorganize but the more you do and the better you become then you’ll have more time in the day to do what you really love.
