We are born in the world with the advantages and disadvantages of each, good and bad has been given directly by the Almighty. In this case, so is our way of thinking, there are some people who like to think things in a complicated way, and there are some people who think the easiest way. It is this way of thinking that makes us feel less happy, a thought that makes things complicated, a thought that will create a new problem. The health we have today , is not always from medicine. Sometimes we need something that comes from our own, the peace of mind. This peace of mind will slowly emerge as we begin to stop to riddle about things to happen, and begin to wait and accept whatever happens next. When we begin to fear something, our fear will never change something bad to be good, it only makes us stop to feel the good things we should be able to feel. Our life is too short to just think or fear about foolish things, enjoy your life, meet and feel the happiness you want. Nothing can bring you into peace, other than yourself. Let's start thinking positive
