**community321** (do not confuse with hive @community321 account) was the account chosen by Justin Sun to receive stolen funds from some steem whales in a Steem hardfork as retaliation to Hive chain hardfork.

It happened that when hostile hardfork occured someone got the keys of **community321** and sent to Bittrex exchange all the Steem and SBD stolen by Justin Sun puppets, with the memo ***"These are funds stolen by the Steem witnesses using HF23 May 20th 2020 - please return them to their original owners prior to the fork :)"***, a volte-face known as **Stealing is bad**, English translation of the Korean memo sent by community321 to Justin Sun's Steem account, after sent steem and SBD to Bittrex.

It also happened that Bittrex did not returned the funds to their original owners.

A court order restored the true to those who sued and are in the image.
I guess those who didn't sued will never see their funds back but at least justice was made for some!
**Bittrex have to return (and already returned) the funds (8,752,313 Steem and 294 SBD) to their owners!**
