_The topic of the twenty second day of my 30 days writing challenge was "what would you do as a SNAX block producer?". Everybody can participate, all you have to do is to write a post by answering the daily topic / question. I'm a man of my word, so the prize for this day is 3,000 SNAX. There were a couple of good submissions, a decent one, and then a very, very good one, coming from a real block producer on SNAX, @eos.sweden. With all honesty, his entry won by far the contest:

I highly recommend you to read it, if only to understand what it takes to be a BP, and how much work and skill can go into making a DPoS blockchain work. The same things written there apply to STEEM as well, by the way.

But, since @eos.sweden said he doesn't want the SNAX rewards (if I understood him correctly), I decided to split them as follows, between all the people who submitted articles:
