**ABOUT GIMP**

Gimp is an open source project with repository GNOME/gimp. Gimp stand for GNU image manipulation program.  It is an image editing program, which is used for photo retouching and also for image composition.
Gimp can also be used in editing vector images and electronic images like photographs.
Gimp also have the ability to resize, reshape images. Can also use in color manipulation and cropping. 
 Gimp is a wonderful image editing tool every designer and even programmers suppose to have .
finally GIMP is supported by a very large community in its maintenance.

This is an ad campaign on facebook for the promotion of GIMP for 3 days and reached to 5,462 with about 66 engagement with about 64 likes and 1 shares . This promotion of GIMP is to..

#### ACTIVITIES

Gimp was promoted to Nigerians community for  3 days . The result base on gender was  66.4% male and 33.6% female engaged , from age range of 18 - 65 years old plus . The statistics are showed in the image below

#### Results
It was a positive promotion looking at statistics. Gimp was promoted to Nigerian community and it got to over 5,000 people, many targeted. and got also many likes which showed acceptance to the open source "gimp".
