 *At the Beach, Acrylic on Paper, 2015* It is striking to me that this was painted long before I went to a life drawing class. The shapes aren’t particularly bad, but the shading is wow… is she dead? I also could have done a bit more with the water and the sand. This looks unfinished, perhaps a little more could have been done to make it look a bit more wrapped up. I’m posting every painting I have ever done from 2014 to the present, the good, the bad, and the ugly. With an occasional photograph or sketch thrown in just to mix things up.
