It was a bit of a slow week for upvotes coming in, and my curation rewards are falling as I power down my STEEM holdings. I also donated to my [MAP] project. This combined for a low income week. Next week isn't looking to be any better.

Speaking of next week, it will be week 104, or 2 full years. I've decided this will be my final week of keeping and posting data. I've already got quite a bit, and my analysis of it has answered important questions (like "is it possible to profit on the Steem blockchain by posting quality original content?"). Additionally, I'd like to free up room/time for more salient and diverse posts.

My reputation is moving up toward 69, and I'm currently the 1665<sup>rd</sup> most reputable account on the 'chain.

As for the ongoing Tron takeover stuff, I've decided to continue to power down all my SP, as have MediKatie and GirlsofGreen. We may continue to post some of our content on this blockchain, but having already lost over 99% of our investment here, we're taking note of the situation and moving what little we have left somewhere safer.

<h3>Global economic instability</h3>

By the way, there's a lot of turmoil in the world markets right now. It's a crash that has been due for a long time, and it will be blamed on the virus. <a href="https://steempeak.com/hive-195708/@drutter/price-of-oil-crude-versus-cannabis">Oil</a> just plunged to $30, which will have effects around the world for years, but that's not the only thing going on. As I've reported for months, the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EZaTiFLgbw">repo market</a> continues to collapse behind the scenes, the bond market is in ruins, the <a href="https://steempeak.com/bitcoin/@drutter/what-s-up-with-these-markets">stock market</a> is set to collapse 5% at the Monday opening in 10 hours, global supply chains are breaking down, many parts of the globe are under lockdown or martial law, governments are seizing more power, and banks may have to "holiday" this week. It's not a good time to have anything in stocks, bonds, or really ANY sort of paper/electronic fiat units. Some cash for commerce and paying bills is good, but otherwise, get into real assets, and hold them in your hands (not in a bank or exchange). Cryptos are taking a hit, but <a href="https://steempeak.com/hive-167922/@drutter/gold-bull-market-who-could-have-known">gold</a> just surged to 1700, and the Vix (fear and volatility index) spiked to a level not seen since October 2008 (the Lehman bankruptcy).

This is a great time to own physical silver bullion! It's one of the banks' weaknesses, and has a number of ownership benefits. It's even anti-viral (if you think I'm kidding, you need to look into that)!
