You had plans to start a business, you eventually fulfilled those plans and was able to establish the business. I would like to ask you a question. Why did you start the business in the first place? I am very sure most of you would agree with me that the main purpose that business was put in place was to make profit. But is it right to have that kind of mindset when you want to go into a busness? Apparently, I will say it is not. You need not be only profit driven in your business.

What am saying in essence is that you shouldn't let the profit you want to make in a business be the sole reason you are going into that business. This is because you might encounter some challenges that will warrant that you run that business at loss at some point in time, and when you are profit driven, then it will be very hard for you to try turn things around and you tend to give in to those challenges.

Experience they say, is the best teacher. How would you gain enough experience when you don't face some challenges in what you are doing. No way that would happen. This is why you have to be positively driven by your passion and determination for success and breakthrough towards making sure that you render quality services that are of core value to your target customers, so that you don't end up giving up even when you are not making profit from that business at some point in time. 

Challenges are meant to improve you. They are meant to make you better. They are meant to make you more skillful and creative in your handling of the business. Be ready to take them on at any point in time. You can not give in to those challenges until you record breakthrough in that business. You cannot let them weak you in your doings. You can not give up until you make it to the point of success. May success be ours.
