<center>Alarm screaming at me at 6:30 am. ignored. could have done the sunrise time-lapse, but was too cold to get out of bed.
in fact, I barely got out of bed til 4:30 pm.
depression is kicking my ass really bad atm.
don't know what more to say. it sucks.
think I have another appointment with the psychologist this week, so i'll print out the 3 posts i have done re: my depression for them to read over.
might give a better insight to whet they need to help me fix.
