complicated ...
day 1 after surgery i jumped on the mountain bike, head into town
got 
`laxettes liquid` & a kebab
came home
took 10ml
ate kebab
waited several hours
took another 20ml
another 2 hrs, pooped, cried.
took 2 panadeine forte, slept.

woke up, had a coffee, went got lunch ( again, on bike ) gambled, won (+$200)
came home
grabbed milk and sugar
forgot the stuff i actually needed ( Metamucil (or psylium husk ), and Movicol )

went out, grabbed what i needed ( 3rd time on bike )
((yeah, im the dumbest smart person you'll ever read from ))
came home. ate mashed spud and some kind of meatball
had movicol but not metamucil

googled 2 days later - `avoid meat, coffee` . . .
oh

so, today i managed to squeeze one out
reminded me of a comic strip years back

twice

so, yeah. been a long week

oh... also ... on surgery day, i slept 3 hrs, then `razor scooter`-ed to bus stop then all the way home, just cos i dont like pooping in other peoples beds
